This year's PhD Symposium took place from 8 - 10 October in Waischenfeld. Speakers Dr Camilla Carteny, Plastics Europe, gave insights into career perspectives and Dr Anja Ramsperger spoke about the impact of the GDCh Paul Crutzen Prize on her work. In addition to pico sessions, team-building events were of course also planned, which served to network the ‘old and new’ PhDs and the associated interdisciplinary work.
