Paul Crutzen Prize awarded to Dr Anja Ramsperger

Dr. Anja F.R.M. Ramsperger is being awarded with the Paul Crutzen Prize in recognition of the publication entitled ‘Nominally identical microplastic models differ greatly in their particle-cell interactions’ (Nature Communications) which was produced as part of her dissertation at the University of Bayreuth. This work is being honoured, as Dr. Ramsperger has significantly advanced microplastics research in a highly interdisciplinary study, particularly with regard to the environmental impact.
