Congratulations to CRC microplastics PhD Myriam Younes on winning first place in the University of Bayreuth's Sustainability Award with her Master's thesis on “Microplastics in the atmospheric deposition of Bayreuth, Germany” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Anke C. Nölscher (Atmospheric Chemistry Group, BayCEER). According to the jury, this is an important contribution to sustainable development, particularly in the areas of health, climate protection and sustainable cities and communities.
